1st Course

Josephine’s Honey

Honey mustard vinaigrette, gorgonzola cheese crumbles, candied walnuts, and roasted pears, over local Josephine’s greens

Pairing: Bodegas Muga Rosé

 

Love Dive

Fresh mussels, little neck clams, diving onto our local lobster bisque, garnished with scallions and extra virgin olive oil

Pairing: Cuvaison Chardonnay

 

Twins Souls

Fresh Norwegian salmon and local tuna tartar, black pepper seasoning, over a cold salad of chives and potatoes, with paprika and garlic crostini’s

Pairing: Chateau Lamothe Bourdeaux White Blend (Sauvignon Blanc, Semillion & Muscadelle)

 

Parsnip & Pumpkin

Roasted parsnips, kale, caramelized onions, on a bed of pumpkin puree dressed with pinot noir sauce

Pairing: Peter Yealands Pinot Noir

 

2nd Course

Stripe meets relish

Pan seared striped bass topped with a tropical relish of papaya, pineapple, tomatoes, red onions and cilantro, on a bed of yellow sweet potato mash

Pairing: Craggy Range Sauvignon Blanc

 

Feeling the heat

Roasted poblano pepper filled with lovely mix of quinoa mix with fresh avocado, tomatoes, kale, red onion & asparagus, on a bed of vegan cassava mash and red pepper sauce

Pairing: Don Olegario Albarino

 

The jumbo and the skirt

Pan seared jumbo shrimp and skirt steak over a bed of roasted garlic and thyme mashed potato, topped with guava sauce

Pairing: Duckhorn Decoy Cabernet Sauvignon

 

Chix and Basilica

Pan seared chix breast, house made basil fettuccine, buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts, dressed with our freshly made pesto sauce

Pairing: Michele Chiarlo Barbera d’Asti

Dessert Course

Chocolate mousse, chocolate wafer, and milk chocolate bites topped with our house made passion fruit sauce

Pairing: Batasiolo Moscato

 

Coconut tembleque with roasted pineapples and sweet guava sauce, with crunchy granola bites
